Stacked cups such as those remind me far too much of my days waiting table in a local fish and chowder house. I used to be able to trot the full length of the restaurant with cups for 6 in on one hand or bowls for 4 up one arm.
Sadly, I got out of the restaurant biz without realizing my dream of owning my own place, Billdred's.
I don't know about you, but I loved waiting table, and I've always said that if this gig doesn't work out, at least I know I have a skill to fall back on.
And I would be proud and honored to be Ida to your Billdred.
