Save Water, Shower with friends.That was the tagline on a billboard in a certain western state I used to live in. The city also distributed free beer coasters to all the bars that said "Save Water, Drink Beer" It was a brilliant campaign.
You just KNOW that the guy on the far right is having a Nellie Forbush moment.
