 One does adore Andrea Marcovicci, if only because she has triumphed over an unpromising start (as the lead in a legendary flop, the musical Nefertiti) and an only middling film/tv career to take up the mantle of Miss Mabel Mercer and wear it triumphantly in cabarets around the world.

I was lucky to see her in "Coco" this spring. I've enjoyed her from many years back, and she has aged with great grace.
