Guilty Secret

It's not something I'm proud of, but I have to admit: I find many of the most popular Arabic singers incredibly attractive. High on that list has to be Lebanese superstar Ragheb Alama, who really ought to be kind of gross, but who instead is riveting. It's kind of a Kiss Me, Guido thing, I suppose:

It's a combination of being really rather beautifully groomed and dressed, and being quite entirely sure of one's ineluctable allure.

In any case, Ragheb's got it. Check out the video for his megahit, "Tab Leh?" and see. For reasons unknown, it was filmed on the staircase of the Prague opera house. It's that kind of randomness that draws me to pop culture in this part of the world.
