Once More, With Feeling

From all of us here at the Café (that is to say, the Yorkie, the Mister, and me), it's once again my pleasure to wish each and every one of you a happy and enamored Karen Valentine's Day.  May your celebrations be more successful than the ill-fated and utterly unremembered Karen...

  1. I remember her. The best thing about Room 222.

  2. She was also in something called Muggable Mary, Street Cop, apparently. If her US career was obscure, her recognition across the rest of the globe is - ahem - negligible. Apart from your own regular feature here at Café Muscato, of course. Jx

    1. I think she's fondly remembered on this side of the water by people around my age, as she was for a little everywhere on television, but she never got much beyond being an ingenue. By all accounts a lovely person, and effective in her way.

  3. I ignored the day and then returned to the candy store you and I visited to see if any marked down goods seemed attractive. They just seemed so sad. I Bought a fresh pound instead with each piece individually selected.
