Time for Some Fun in the Sun

Enough with the cold.  Enough with the rain.  Enough...

Enough to make us up and fly away.  It's time for a break, so we're making a break for it.  A lovely colleague from the office has taken on the herculean task of looking after Koko and Boudi, so that's sorted, and if all goes well, by sometime this afternoon we'll doing our best Birdcage impression down on Ocean Drive.

Having only last week seen Miss Grable, Miss Landis, and Miss Greenwood in Moon Over Miami, I think we know just what to expect.  How much could it all have changed since 1941?

So if things get a little quiet hereabouts you'll know why.  Alternately, perhaps there will be nothing but a series of increasingly decadent reflections about la dolce vita de Florida and points south.  All I know is that somewhere, there's a frozen cocktail with my name on it, and I intend to find it.

Along with a pair of those sunglasses.

    1. Give Felix's regards and my underthings to Mr. Ameche. He was such a muffin back in the day.

  4. Just please don't lie on the beach with your legs splayed out like the gal in the airline poster. You'll have sand in places that even Mr. Muscato will have trouble reaching.
